Seven Eleven announced on the 10th that it has launched 'Malatangmyeon,' a combination of Malatang and ramen, under its PB brand Seven Select.
The spicy numbing flavor of Malatang is preserved, while the taste of Sichuan peppercorn, a spice unfamiliar to Korean palates, is lightly applied, and the flavor of red pepper powder is enhanced. In addition, a large amount of vegetables used in Malatang, such as cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, and bok choy, are dried to create a rich visual and refreshing broth taste.
