Wemade Signs License Agreement Worth 500 Billion KRW for 'Mir 2·3' with Actoz Soft
Wemade announced on the 9th that it has signed a license agreement for 'Legend of Mir 2 and 3' with Actoz Soft through its subsidiary, Electric IP.
Through this agreement, Actoz Soft will hold exclusive rights to the 'Legend of Mir 2 and 3' license business in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). The contract period is 5 years, with an annual payment of 100 billion KRW, totaling 500 billion KRW.
Wemade explained that the contract was decided as a magnanimous judgment to restore trust between the two companies and to create a sustainable business environment. Wemade plans to secure stable revenue as a co-copyright holder of 'Legend of Mir.'
Additionally, Wemade plans to build a mutually close cooperative relationship with Actoz Soft to maximize the performance of the 'Legend of Mir' IP business.
