EMRO Launches Industry's First 'Delivery Unit Price Linkage Solution'
Emro, the No. 1 AI-based supply chain management software company in Korea, has introduced a solution for the delivery price linkage system, which will be implemented for the first time in the supply chain management software industry this October.
The delivery price linkage system is a policy that raises the delivery price a company must pay to its partners in accordance with the increase in raw material prices. It was established to reduce the burden on small and medium-sized enterprises and micro-businesses and to help them operate more stably amid the global expansion of supply chain crises and rising raw material prices.
When the amendment to the "Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act," which includes the delivery price linkage system, takes effect on October 4, companies must negotiate with their partners and prepare a delivery price linkage agreement for raw materials that account for 10% or more of the total contract amount.
Emro has quickly responded to this policy change by launching the industry's first delivery price linkage system solution to help companies comply with the revised Subcontracting Act. Emro's delivery price linkage solution allows users to check whether the delivery price linkage applies with a single click when contracting with partners, and to handle agreement preparation and management, as well as delivery price adjustments due to raw material price increases, all within one system.
Purchasing managers do not need to check the price fluctuations of numerous raw materials individually; the system automatically monitors key raw material market information, and when raw material prices rise, it immediately reflects the agreed conditions with partners in the delivery price.
Emro is rapidly securing references by supplying the delivery price linkage solution to leading domestic companies in machinery parts and defense sectors, where subcontract management is critical, such as HD Hyundai Site Solutions (formerly Hyundai Genuine), Hyundai Rotem, and Hanwha Systems.

An Emro representative said, “As demands for mutual growth and coexistence with partners increase across society, companies are struggling to prepare measures with the delivery price linkage system set to be implemented from October.” He added, “There is a continuous influx of inquiries from companies wishing to adopt Emro’s delivery price linkage solution, which is already being used by large corporations, based on our unparalleled purchasing expertise.”
