Mr. A placed a cola on the counter and requested credit. When the female employee refused the credit, Mr. A insisted again, offering to leave his phone as collateral. However, the employee refused once more.
Seemingly enraged, Mr. A suddenly lifted the cola PET bottle and threatened, "I will kill you. I can kill you with this." He verbally abused the employee and even demanded a cigarette. Feeling scared, the employee handed over a cigarette, after which Mr. A gathered his belongings and left the store.
About 10 minutes later, Mr. A began reckless driving in his vehicle. Ignoring warnings from responding police officers, he sped away. During this, Mr. A endangered pedestrians crossing the crosswalk and ignored traffic signals, continuing dangerous behavior. While fleeing through alleyways, Mr. A rammed the patrol car several times when he reached a dead end.
