Samsung C&T Construction Division registered the announcement for recruiting residents of 'Raemian La Grande,' a redevelopment project of Imun 1 District in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, on the 4th, officially starting the sales.
This complex will be built with 39 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, totaling 3,069 households with exclusive areas of 52 to 114㎡. Applications for special supply start on the 14th, followed by the first priority subscription on the 16th. Winners will be announced on the 23rd, and contracts will be signed from September 3 to 6. For units 85㎡ or smaller, 60% of winners will be selected by lottery, and for units larger than 85㎡, 100% will be selected by lottery. Adults aged 19 or older residing in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon can apply even if they already own a home. The resale restriction period for the sale rights is one year (from the announcement date of winners), and there is no obligation for actual residence.
