TS Trillion Conducts Asset Revaluation Including Land in Paju
TS Trillion, the manufacturer and seller of the flagship brand ‘TS Shampoo,’ announced on the 3rd that it will conduct an asset revaluation to improve its financial structure and enhance shareholder value.
The assets subject to revaluation include the TS Trillion headquarters building located in Yangpyeong-dong, the company-owned hotel in Gangwon-do, and the logistics site in Paju-si.
According to a company official, “The building permit for the site in Paju-si is expected to be decided by mid-August. The site is close to the GTX-A line, which is a favorable factor,” and added, “Since the asset revaluation reference date is August 31, if the building permit is granted, it is expected to have a positive impact on the asset revaluation.”
