Gwangju Dong-gu Launches 'Brain Strong! Bone Strong!' Program
Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City is recruiting participants for the ‘Brain Strong! Bone Strong!’ program.
On the 3rd, Dong-gu announced that it is recruiting participants for a program to improve brain health targeting residents of Jiwon 1 and 2-dong until September 1.
Priority will be given to vulnerable groups such as elderly living alone aged 60 and over.
The program is composed of various contents including ▲dementia prevention lectures ▲laughter therapy ▲horticulture, singing, and craft therapy.
Through basic health measurements, 1:1 health consultations will be conducted using surveys such as the elderly depression scale, stress, and subjective memory decline if chronic disease management is needed.
