Rolls-Royce Crashes onto Sidewalk in Gangnam... Driver Tests Positive for Drugs
20s Woman Seriously Injured
A Rolls-Royce vehicle rushed onto the sidewalk near Apgujeong Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, seriously injuring a woman in her 20s.
According to the police on the 3rd, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul is investigating a man in his 20s, identified as Mr. A, on suspicion of violating the Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling.
Mr. A drove onto the sidewalk at around 8:10 p.m. the previous day, hitting a woman in her 20s who was walking and crashing into the exterior wall of a building before coming to a stop. The injured woman sustained serious injuries and underwent surgery at a hospital.
Mr. A tested positive for ketamine in a preliminary drug test. Ketamine is a medical anesthetic classified as a psychotropic substance, commonly known as a club drug.
