The digital trade professional workforce development project consists of a total of three sessions annually: two "Digital Transformation Courses" for domestic early-stage companies interested in digital trade, and one "Digital Trade Company Startup Course" for young people aspiring to start digital trade companies. Through these courses, trainees can immediately apply what they learn in the field, from digital marketing theory to platform onboarding practice and marketing, and all training is provided free of charge.

This Digital Trade Company Startup Training course aims to cultivate digital marketers and prospective digital trade company founders to build human infrastructure that enables Korean companies to utilize digital trade anytime and anywhere. To this end, KOTRA held a "Digital Trade Workforce and Company Development Workshop" in October last year, analyzed the core competencies required in the field, and established this new training course.

The 46 enrolled trainees will acquire skills needed by companies through practical exercises over the next nine weeks, including ▲product photography ▲global platform onboarding ▲SNS campaign setup.
