Changwon National University 9th President Election Scheduled for August 30
Changwon National University will hold an election on the 30th to recommend candidates for the 9th president appointment.
According to the university on the 1st, the election will be conducted through online voting, and in accordance with regulations, the Election Commission of Uichang-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, will announce the election date.
The president of a national public university is elected according to the voting ratio stipulated in each university's regulations.
Afterwards, the university reports the first and second priority candidates who received the majority of votes to the Ministry of Education, and the Minister of Education selects the president by presidential appointment after the president's establishment.
