Hanon Systems Appoints Nedal Kutchukaya as President and CEO Representative Executive Officer
Hanon Systems announced on the 31st that President Nidal Kutchukaya has been changed to sole representative executive officer. President Sung Min-seok has expressed his resignation due to personal reasons.
The company plans to appoint Senior Vice President Nagasubramoni Ramachandran as a new representative executive officer and president through a regular board resolution on the 10th of next month, and operate under a co-CEO executive officer system together with President Kutchukaya. President Kutchukaya has served as a sole representative executive officer since 2019. President Ramachandran has also been serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since the same year.
In addition, the company plans to appoint executive officers including Wang Yun-ho (Head of AP Innovation Center, Executive Director), Seo Sang-gil (HMG Sales, Executive Director), and Kim Hyun-soo (Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Director). The existing four executive officers?Kutchukaya, Ramachandran, Jung Yong-soo, and Steve Klago?will transition to a seven-member system. Executive Officer Jung Yong-soo will serve as president of the Korean business.
