Kim Jong-un, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of North Korea, attended the 70th anniversary military parade of the "Victory Day" (the day the Korean War armistice was signed) held at Kim Il-sung Square in Pyongyang on the night of the 27th, along with delegations from China and Russia, according to the Korean Central News Agency on the 28th.
China sent a delegation led by Li Hongzhong, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party Central Committee and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (equivalent to the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly), while Russia dispatched a delegation headed by Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu.

The parade featured intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) "Hwasong-17" and "Hwasong-18," and the agency reported that unmanned reconnaissance and attack drones conducted demonstration flights.
