Samsung SDS is embarking on the development of generative artificial intelligence (AI) services.
On the 27th, Koo Hyung-jun, Vice President and Head of Samsung SDS Cloud Service Division, stated during the Q2 earnings conference call, "Samsung SDS possesses various related technologies, including the data analytics platform Brightics AI and business automation solutions. Through the Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP), we are preparing enterprise-specific generative AI that connects the necessary data for customers in a secure environment to enhance work productivity."
