100 Daegu Bank Employees Sweat It Out for Flood Recovery in Dongno and Sanbuk, Mungyeong
DGB Daegu Bank visited the Mungyeong area, which was declared a special disaster zone due to severe heavy rain damage, on the 26th to carry out flood recovery volunteer activities.
About 100 members of the Donghaeng Volunteer Group, composed of DGB Daegu Bank executives and employees, participated in the volunteer activities held in Dongno-myeon and Sanbuk-myeon of Mungyeong City. The volunteers visited flood-affected households and worked hard to remove soil from farmland and drainage channels where landslides had caused soil inflow, sweating for the recovery efforts.
Daegu Bank employees are conducting flood recovery work by removing soil from drainage ditches in agricultural fields in the Mungyeong area, which has been severely affected by heavy rain.
