Anseong-si Launches Comprehensive Cleanup of 'Good Price Businesses'
Inspection of Existing 12 Companies... Recruiting New Businesses
Anseong City is undertaking a comprehensive overhaul of Good Price Businesses to stabilize local prices and enhance consumer satisfaction.
'Good Price Businesses' are selected and designated as establishments that offer services at prices lower than the local average. According to the Ministry of the Interior and Safety standards, local governments designate these businesses.
Business designation is made by comprehensively evaluating factors such as the prices of main items handled, whether prices have been reduced or frozen, cleanliness and hygiene management, and compliance with outdoor price display policies, targeting the food service and personal service industries. The city plans to verify the eligibility of the 12 existing Good Price Businesses by August 18 and decide on their re-designation.
During this period, new designation applications will also be accepted. Business owners wishing to apply for new designation should prepare the application form, business registration certificate, and other required documents and submit them by visit, mail, or email.
Designated businesses will receive a Good Price Business certification plaque, customized necessary supplies for each business, volume-based waste bags, and will be given preferential treatment when selected for various small business support programs.
