Coway (CEO Seo Jang-won) announced that on the 21st, it held the '2023 Wage and Collective Agreement Signing Ceremony' with the Coway Labor Union at the Yugu Factory located in Gongju City, Chungcheongnam-do.
Starting with the initial collective bargaining meeting with the Coway Labor Union, composed of production workers, in December last year, Coway reached a smooth agreement after seven months. Representatives from labor and management, including Kim Dong-hwa, Head of Coway Production Headquarters, and Lim Jae-hwan, Chairman of the Production Coway Labor Union, attended the signing ceremony and signed the agreement.
