Industrial Bank of Korea announced on the 23rd that President Kim shared the strategic direction for the second half during the nationwide branch managers' meeting held on the 21st.
He diagnosed that "the proportion of companies unable to bear loan interest is higher than during the financial crisis."
He emphasized, "Based on thorough soundness management, we will lead SME financing, promote a resurgence in personal finance and asset management sectors for balanced growth, and dramatically enhance digital competitiveness."

Additionally, on the same day, President Kim delivered relief supplies at the administrative welfare center in Osong-eup, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk, where flood victims are staying, and visited Samho Machinery, a damaged company, to listen to their difficulties.
