Gangwon Land Gift Shop Renovated as 'High1 Premium Store'
Showcasing 50 Luxury Brands Including Shoes, Leather Goods, and Perfumes
Kangwon Land announced on the 21st that it has renovated the existing gift shop on the 3rd floor of High1 Grand Hotel, renamed it the 'High1 Premium Store,' and reopened it.
The High1 Premium Store showcases products in eight categories including shoes, clothing, leather goods, and perfumes, featuring 50 domestic and international luxury brands. Since the products sold are high-end luxury items, Kangwon Land has strengthened transparency and fairness throughout the entire process from selecting vendors to store entry.
Drawing from last year's experience of internally detecting counterfeit products through sample inspections of store display items and preemptively blocking their distribution, this year they have further reinforced the authentication procedures by conducting full inspections on all parallel imported products. In particular, authentication and certification are entrusted to the global luxury authentication agency 'GLAY Authentication Center,' allowing only products confirmed as genuine to be supplied.
Additionally, unannounced on-site inspections by the authentication center and sampling undercover inspections completely eliminate the possibility of counterfeit products being sold. In case counterfeit items are found, a 200% customer compensation policy is implemented to protect customers.
