Gwangju Employers Federation, Comedian Lee Hong-ryul's Lecture on Joyful Life
The Gwangju Employers Federation held the 1613th Friday Breakfast Forum on Friday the 21st at the Holiday Inn Gwangju Hotel, inviting comedian Lee Hong-ryul to speak on the theme of "A Joyful Life."
Comedian Lee Hong-ryul said, "We live in an era where it is never too late to do anything at any time, so we must create a joyful life," adding, "One way to do this is to have many enjoyable conversations to produce endorphins that are good for the body."
He continued, "There is happiness in making a bucket list regardless of age and pursuing new joys one by one," advising, "Organize what you want to do and find new things to try and execute."
He emphasized, "Joyful events may not happen every day, but you can create joyful moments every day."
