Choi Ju-cheol, president of the Changwon Special City Christian Elders Association, stated, “Changwon City has all the necessary conditions for establishing a medical school, including national and public hospital medical infrastructure, high-quality living conditions, and the medical needs of one million citizens,” adding, “There is no other local government in the country that meets the conditions for establishing a medical school as well as Changwon.”
