Donation of 100 Million Won for Recovery from Heavy Rain Damage in Muhyeop
Joint Donation Delivery with 5 Association Member Companies
The Korea International Trade Association (KITA) announced on the 20th that it has donated 100 million KRW to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association to support flood victims and the recovery of flood-affected areas nationwide.
KITA, together with its five affiliated companies?COEX, Korea Trade Network (KTNET), Korea Airport Corporation (CALT), Korea Airport Asset Management (CAAM), and WTC Seoul?jointly raised the donation. The donated funds will be used to provide emergency relief supplies to flood victims and support recovery efforts at the affected sites.
KITA previously provided donations to the families affected by the Sewol ferry disaster in 2014. It also donated funds during the Nepal earthquake in 2015 and the Gangwon Province wildfires in 2019. The association continues its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities by delivering donations whenever major domestic and international disasters occur.
