Jin Byeong-yeong, Hamyang County Governor, Joins Relay Campaign for Drug Prevention
Jin Byeong-yeong, the governor of Hamyang County, Gyeongnam, participated in the ‘NO EXIT’ drug prevention relay campaign to raise awareness about the dangers of drug addiction and to alert the public.
Launched last April under the joint sponsorship of the National Police Agency, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and the Drug Eradication Movement Headquarters, this campaign is a nationwide effort to prevent drug crimes and raise awareness about drug addiction.

View original imageThe challenge began with veteran actor Choi Bul-am, the first participant, who posted a message about the ‘NO EXIT’ drug prevention relay campaign along with a photo on his personal SNS, nominating the next participant in turn.
Governor Jin Byeong-yeong, nominated by Park Jong-woo, mayor of Geoje City, joined the campaign by holding a placard with the phrase “No exit maze, NO EXIT, absolutely no drugs” and taking a certification photo. He then nominated Choi Kyung-ho, director of the Hamyang Office of Education, and Choi Yoon-man, branch manager of NH Nonghyup Bank Hamyang County Branch, as the next participants.

Governor Jin said, “Recently, drug-related crimes have increased and emerged as a serious social problem,” adding, “We will spare no support or effort to create a drug-free healthy Hamyang County and to protect the lives and precious daily lives of our residents.”
