Park Hyatt Busan Living Room Presents New Summer Menu
Park Hyatt Busan's Italian restaurant Living Room announced on the 18th that it will introduce a variety of new summer menu items.
As appetizers to whet the appetite before the main meal, they added 'Carpaccio,' featuring fresh sea bass with lemon zest and lemon juice for a refreshing taste, and 'Bruschetta,' topped with soft burrata cheese and vegetable caponata on grilled ciabatta bread, finished with Norcia black truffle for a deep flavor.
For hearty main dishes, they offer 'Seafood Soup,' a rich broth made from fresh seafood such as abalone, clams, squid, and shrimp, and 'Seafood Risotto,' which adds risotto rice for texture. Additionally, there is 'Squid Ink Vongole,' which enhances umami with chewy squid in a sauce made from Italy's sweet Datterino yellow tomatoes; 'Iberico Pork Neck,' featuring juicy Spanish Iberico pork paired with green peas known for their green color and unique savory taste for a cleaner flavor; and 'Grilled Cod and Bean Salad,' a perfect harmony of tender cod and bean salad.
