Director Jo Young-jun of "Chaebi" Takes the Megaphone
Distributor Sony Pictures Entertainment Korea announced on the 14th that the film 'Interview' will begin filming on the 17th. It is a thriller starring actors Jo Yeo-jeong and Jung Sung-il. The story revolves around veteran reporter Seon-ju, desperate for an exclusive scoop, who is proposed a special interview by Yeong-hoon, a serial killer who has murdered eleven people. Jo Yeo-jeong plays Seon-ju, a cold-hearted and ruthless social affairs reporter, while Jung Sung-il portrays Yeong-hoon, a criminal with an exceptional intellect and meticulous personality who conceals his crimes. The film is directed by Jo Young-jun, who debuted with the movie 'Chaebi (2017)'. He stated, "I will make sure the tense atmosphere stemming from the interview and the pressure of the confined space blend well." The film is scheduled to be released next year.
