Youth Agricultural Enterprise 'Mujuwon' Distributes Salus Vegetables Produced
Hyundai Green Food, a comprehensive food company affiliated with Hyundai Department Store Group, announced on the 13th that it will distribute salad vegetables produced by the young agricultural enterprise 'Mujuwon' in collaboration with the Korea Agency of Education, Promotion and Information Service in Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
The salad vegetables produced by Mujuwon will be processed and sorted at Hyundai Green Food's food production and processing facility, the Smart Food Center, and supplied to group catering sites nationwide. The company explained that this is a collaboration model with high profitability for young farmers, as agricultural products can be distributed nationwide without going through intermediate distributors.
Hyundai Green Food also plans to support young farmers in securing distribution channels. In addition to supplying ingredients through the Smart Food Center, the company will comprehensively consider listing agricultural products from young farming enterprises on Hyundai Green Food's official online mall 'Greeting Mall' and Hyundai Department Store food halls.
