The Bon & Bon Prestige Steak, launched simultaneously at all stores nationwide, is a high-end premium set menu featuring Outback's highest quality steak along with rare ingredients such as bone marrow, salad, pilaf, and shrimp.
The main steak menu offers two varieties to enjoy a diverse contrast of flavors: the ‘Flower Rib Steak,’ known for its chewy texture unique to rib meat and rich, juicy flavor that intensifies with each bite, and the ‘Tenderloin Steak,’ which is tender and soft, suitable for everyone.
Another main dish, the ‘Bone Marrow,’ is an exotic menu item served with espresso sauce, featuring bone marrow?an ingredient so precious it is called the "butter of the gods." The creamy smooth taste of the bone marrow combined with the subtle coffee aroma creates a new flavor experience.
