The Fire and Disaster Headquarters announced on the 13th that they plan to produce and supply free of charge to apartments in the province ▲rooftop exit door guide signs ▲evacuation guide tape ▲fences to prevent deviation from evacuation routes, which are used in apartment rooftop evacuation facilities.
The Fire and Disaster Headquarters will produce 12,080 items including rooftop exit door guide signs, evacuation guide tape, and fences to prevent deviation from evacuation routes, prioritizing delivery to apartments over 30 years old and those without sprinkler systems installed.
Previously, the Fire and Disaster Headquarters opened the 'Apartment Rooftop Exit Door Information' website in 2021, and from May to June last year, they hired temporary workers to conduct a survey on rooftop evacuation facilities targeting 44,881 buildings in 8,352 complexes across the Gyeonggi region.
