Jeju Fire Station Conducts 'Heatwave Vulnerable Household Safety Inspection' Until the 17th
Jeju Fire Station (Chief Yang In-seok) will visit households with vulnerable living conditions until the 17th to conduct fire safety inspections and ensure they can live safely during the intense summer heat.
According to Jeju Fire Station on the 12th, this safety inspection was planned to provide welfare services by forming an inspection team jointly with the local community centers responsible for vulnerable households, removing fire hazards in advance, and checking the residential environment and safety.

Jeju Fire Station will visit 12 households with poor living conditions such as vinyl greenhouses and container houses to conduct ▲ inspections of residential fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, standalone smoke detectors) ▲ checks on vulnerable factors such as electricity and gas ▲ health status checks, and will deliver heatwave preparedness supplies to help them endure the heat.
Chief Yang In-seok said, “We will do our best to overcome the heatwave together through pre-safety inspections of vulnerable households, including on-site visits.”
