Ottogi Launches 'Directly Roasted Truffle Ganjjajang'
New Solid Jjajang Product Released After 6 Years
Ottogi announced on the 12th that it has launched ‘Directly Stir-fried Truffle Gan Jjajang,’ which adds a luxurious truffle flavor to its savory jjajang.
This new product is Ottogi’s second solid jjajang introduced after six years, following the ‘Directly Stir-fried Gan Jjajang’ released in 2017. It harmoniously combines directly stir-fried chunjang and the unique aroma of truffle.
Truffle is considered one of the world’s three great delicacies and has gained steady popularity in recent years through word of mouth on social networking services (SNS). Ottogi focused on the combination of jjajang, which has become a trend among various truffle-based recipes, and developed this new product to capture the taste preferences of a wide range of age groups.
‘Directly Stir-fried Truffle Gan Jjajang’ features the savory taste of directly stir-fried chunjang and a subtle truffle scent. It is individually packaged for easy cooking and storage. When cooking, stir-fry vegetables and meat cut into appropriate sizes in cooking oil, then add water and the solid jjajang, boil, and serve over rice or noodles. For added flavor, you can enjoy it with a fried egg or cucumber on top according to your preference.
