To ensure rich juiciness and texture, the special sirloin cut, which accounts for only 2-3% of a single cow, was aged at -1 degrees Celsius with a thickness of 3 cm. Chef Lim also developed the special "Fond de Veau Blanc" sauce served with the steak. The broadcast will be styled with a fine dining concept inspired by Jungsikdang.
