Hansei Corporation to Conduct Open Recruitment for New Employees in the Second Half of 2023

Hansae Co., Ltd. announced on the 11th that it will conduct the 2023 second half new employee open recruitment until the 23rd.
This new employee open recruitment targets graduates of four-year universities in Korea and abroad, those expected to graduate in August 2023, and foreigners. The positions available include overseas sales in the export department, logistics, finance, and accounting in general management, and technical designer, virtual designer, fashion designer, and fabric specialist in the R&D (Research & Development) headquarters. Applicants for the export department and general management can apply regardless of their major. For the R&D headquarters, applicants must have majored in fashion or fabric-related fields, and must bring a portfolio to the interview.
The common mandatory qualification is to possess an official English language proficiency score within two years as of the application deadline. Graduates from English-speaking universities are exempt from this requirement. Additionally, applicants must have no disqualifications for overseas business trips or overseas work and must be able to join in September this year.
Applications can be submitted through the official Hansae Co., Ltd. website until 23:59 on the 23rd of this month. Those who pass the document screening will undergo an aptitude test and first and second interviews. Afterwards, the ‘Hansae TEST’ will be conducted to assess foreign language skills and company understanding, followed by a medical checkup and final interview to determine the final acceptance. New hires will complete a six-month internship period, after which only those with excellent evaluations will be converted to full-time employees. Last year, Hansae Co., Ltd. recorded a full-time employee conversion rate of over 90%.
