The Commission stated that FUN TV, I.NET, Brain TV, GTV, Event TV, Highlight TV, Junghwa TV, Asia N, Welfare TV, Baduk TV, MBN Plus, MBC ON, and CMC TV advertised "Daewon Chondroitin Palpal" as a general food product but misled viewers into thinking it was a health functional food that helps joint health. They also exaggerated the content of certain ingredients and described the conditions provided upon payment completion as a "free trial," thereby deceiving viewers.
Additionally, tvN's "Aju Sajjeogin Dongnam-a" was also issued a "caution" for broadcasting inappropriate advertising effects by showing scenes where cast members used product placements with subtitles in a detailed manner.
