Dongmyeong University Invited by Vietnam Central-Southern Korean Business Association... Employee Training Conducted
The LINC3.0 Project Group Shared Collaboration Center at Dongmyung University invited 28 mid-level managers from member companies of the Vietnam Central and Southern Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KOCHAM) to conduct a global industry employee job competency enhancement training from the 3rd to the 8th of last month.
The trainees completed various educational programs over the week, starting with a welcome ceremony on the 3rd, including ▲a special lecture on Korean culture and history ▲a visit to a smart factory industrial complex ▲and Korean cultural experiences.
Jung Kyu-young, head of the Shared Collaboration Center, promoted the excellence of Korean companies by visiting smart factory construction sites of Korean firms and instilled pride in the trainees for working at Korean companies. Additionally, the trainees were introduced to the development of Busan through tours of the Busan Port and North Port redevelopment promotional center.
Nguyen Minh Hien, a representative of the trainees, said, “I vividly experienced and learned about Korea’s advanced development,” and added, “I am grateful to the LINC3.0 Project Group for allowing me to create precious memories in the beautiful city of Busan.”

Shin Dong-seok, head of the LINC3.0 Project Group, stated, “This global industry employee training was the first conducted since the global shared collaboration agreement was signed following the visit to the Vietnam Central and Southern Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KOCHAM) in February,” and added, “We hope this training will be a starting signal for activating various global shared collaboration programs with KOCHAM.”
