[Sale Calendar] In the Second Week of July, 9,679 Households Nationwide to Be Offered for Sale
In the second week of July, a total of 9,697 households, including 'Cheongnyangni Lotte Castle High Luce' in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, will begin pre-sale.
Real Estate R114 announced on the 9th that next week, a total of 9,697 households (6,873 general sales) across 9 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale.
Applications will be accepted for 'Cheongnyangni Lotte Castle High Luce' in Cheongnyangni-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; 'Pyeongtaek Brain City Daekwang Rosebiang Moa Elga' in Jangan-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Daeyeon DIEL' in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan.
Model homes are scheduled to open at four locations, including 'Hoban Summit Edition' in Hangangno 2-ga, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and 'e-Pyeonhansesang Wonju Primo Won (1st phase)' in Panbu-myeon, Wonju-si, Gangwon.
Lotte Construction will pre-sell 'Cheongnyangni Lotte Castle High Luce' through the Cheongnyangni 7th District Housing Redevelopment in Cheongnyangni-dong 199 area, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of 9 buildings, ranging from 6 basement floors to a maximum of 18 floors above ground, with a total of 761 households and exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡. Among them, 173 households with exclusive areas of 51 to 59㎡ will be offered for general sale.
Cheongnyangni Station, served by Subway Line 1, Suin-Bundang Line, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and Gyeongchun Line, is located nearby. With the future establishment of GTX-B and C lines and the completion of a complex transfer center in 2028, the metropolitan transportation network is expected to be further expanded. Samyuk Elementary School, Cheongnyang Middle and High Schools are within walking distance, and lifestyle infrastructure such as department stores, marts, and hospitals is well established.
Hoban Construction plans to pre-sell 'Hoban Summit Edition' in the 210-1 area of Hangangno 2-ga, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It is a residential-commercial complex with one building ranging from 8 basement floors to 39 floors above ground. Among 110 apartments with exclusive areas of 84 to 122㎡, 90 units will be offered for general sale, and among 77 officetel units with exclusive areas of 34 to 67㎡, 49 units will be supplied.
