Gwangju Sports Council Opens 'Integrated Administrative Support Office for Sports Organizations'
Expectations for Strengthened and Revitalized Communication
The Gwangju Metropolitan City Sports Council announced on the 6th that it held a commemorative plaque ceremony for the opening of the 'Integrated Administrative Support Office for Sports Organizations' on the 2nd floor of the National Life Hall to strengthen communication and administrative capabilities with sports organizations after the launch of the 2nd term of the elected Sports Council.
At the opening ceremony, more than 50 people, including Sports Council Chairman Jeon Gap-su, Secretary General Kim Young-sam, Chairman of the Executive Directors' Council Park Do-sung, and executive directors of sports organizations, attended to celebrate the office opening.
As part of the 2nd term Sports Council's campaign promises, the establishment of office space to promote harmony among sports organizations and executive directors laid the foundation for fulfilling the pledge.
Due to poor conditions and the absence of administrative staff, the office will operate to support 78 sports organizations requiring administrative assistance by managing subsidy systems, handling various administrative tasks, and providing meeting spaces to facilitate smooth operations.
Additionally, the office will serve as a venue for strengthening camaraderie and exchange among sports organization members, as well as a space for information sharing and education to improve the efficiency of administrative work.
