Kumho Tire Signs Official Sponsorship Agreement with Italy's AC Milan
Kumho Tire announced on the 6th that it has signed a sponsorship agreement as the official tire partner of the prestigious Italian football club 'AC Milan.'
In June, Kumho Tire held an official partnership signing ceremony at AC Milan's headquarters, Casa Milan, in Italy. The event was attended by key figures including Jeong Il-taek, CEO of Kumho Tire; Lim Seung-bin, Vice President of Sales Headquarters; Yoon Jang-hyuk, Executive Director of G. Marketing; Giorgio Furlani, CEO of AC Milan; Maikel Oettl, Sales Director; and ambassador Franco Baresi.

Through this partnership, Kumho Tire will officially sponsor AC Milan for five seasons, from the 2023-2024 season through the 2027-2028 season. Founded in 1899, AC Milan is a strong team that has won the Italian domestic league Serie A a total of 19 times, including the 2021-2022 season championship. The club has also won the UEFA Champions League seven times, establishing itself as a representative prestigious football club in Italy.
With this sponsorship, Kumho Tire gains the privilege to expose its brand in five language versions to football fans worldwide during AC Milan home games. Additionally, Kumho Tire can feature various branding and advertising exposures on AC Milan’s facilities, official website, and social network services (SNS). The company also secured the rights to conduct various joint events and promotional activities with AC Milan, as well as to communicate directly with AC Milan’s global fans.
