ToBeSoft Launches 'Chatbot Service' Consolidating Over 20 Years of Technical Support Expertise
Tobesoft (CEO Lee Kyung-chan), the No. 1 domestic UI/UX development platform company, will launch a ‘Chatbot Service’ on its customer support center website starting from the 4th.
The Chatbot Service consolidates over 20 years of technical support assets and experience accumulated by Tobesoft. It is an enhanced system that can respond to customer inquiries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Chatbot Service operates in the form of a chat window on the Tobesoft customer support center website. It is designed with a systematic tree structure categorized by product and item, enabling immediate responses to frequently asked user questions like FAQs. Additionally, by introducing the Chatbot Service, it answers not only from thousands of previously entered data but also continuously accumulates data over time.
The chatbot features an intuitive UI for easy use. By clicking the chatbot button located at the bottom right of the Tobesoft customer support website, the chat window opens for immediate use.
The chat window displays menus such as ▲Product Inquiry ▲Product TIP ▲Frequently Asked Questions ▲Education ▲Help Desk. Each menu is divided according to product, service, and inquiry type, allowing users to navigate to the relevant sections to find the desired information. When users enter their inquiries directly into the input field, related items are shown, and selecting a desired item redirects them to the corresponding page.
Lee Kyung-chan, CEO of Tobesoft, said, "We have equipped the Chatbot Service to respond quickly to customer inquiries," adding, "We are pleased to offer better user experience and convenience to Tobesoft customers."
Tobesoft is the top-selling domestic UI/UX development platform company with excellent technical support experience. Especially last year, with the strong sales growth of its flagship UI/UX development tool Nexacro and systematic technical support, trust with customers has been solidified. Operating profit increased by more than 40% compared to the previous year.
