NS Home Shopping will hold 'NS Food Festa 2023 in IKSAN' for two days from September 15 to 16 in the Harim First Kitchen area of Iksan City, Jeonbuk Province. NS Food Festa is a food culture festival that NS Home Shopping has been hosting since 2008 to promote the development of agriculture, fisheries, livestock, and the food industry. Every year, it holds the largest cooking competition in Korea to encourage the consumption of domestic food products and contribute to the sustainable growth of rural fishing villages.
Especially this year, the theme will be expanded from 'cooking' to 'food' for the first time in 16 years, and the event schedule will also be extended to two days.
On the 15th, the largest prize money gourmet recipe contest in the country and the Young Chef Challenge featuring students from specialized culinary high schools will take place, and on the 16th, a food conference presenting the future of the food industry and various cooking classes for the whole family to enjoy together will be held. In addition, various exhibitions, experiences, tasting, and sales booths will be operated continuously, including a gourmet tour exploring the shared kitchens of the future, a brand exhibition by Harim Group, the National Food Cluster Youth Startup Food Market, and the Iksan City Job Fair.
