Dongseo University and Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sign Agreement to Foster Talent for the 4th Industrial Revolution
Dongseo University College of Software Convergence recently signed an agreement with the Busan Human Resources Development Institute of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry to cultivate core talents in the ICT and smart factory fields leading the 4th Industrial Revolution era.
At the signing ceremony, Ju Cheol-min, Dean of the College of Software Convergence, Professors Son Young-dae, Lee Jong-ik, Choi Min-gu, and Ji Yong-seok attended along with Yoon Sang-don, Director of the Busan Human Resources Development Institute, Ryu Hyung-joo, Head of Department, Jang In-geun, Team Leader, Lee Dae-yeol, Team Leader, and Professor Park Jae-gi.

The agreement includes ▲establishing and operating industry-academia cooperation networks for cultivating and supplying specialized technical personnel focused on new technologies such as IoT, AI, Metaverse, and semiconductor design ▲providing job competency enhancement training for employees in IT, electronics, and smart factory fields ▲jointly conducting and mutually supporting employment competency support events ▲and providing support for mutual development.
