Snow Point is an offline-only point membership service launched by Lotte Mart last January. Membership tiers are determined based on cumulative purchase amounts over the past six months, with higher purchase amounts resulting in higher point accumulation rates. Accumulated points can be used immediately in stores.
According to a survey conducted by Lotte Mart targeting Snow Point users, awareness and satisfaction rates exceeded 90%, and more than half of the respondents reported that their visits to the mart increased due to using Snow Point.
