Air Busan (CEO An Byeong-seok) has launched a chatbot service.
Air Busan announced on the 2nd that it newly opened the 'Air Busan Chatbot Service' on the 1st in line with the social trend favoring non-face-to-face interactions and the flow of the AI chatbot industry.
The Air Busan 'Chatbot Service' operates 24/7 based on the KakaoTalk channel and provides real-time answers to basic informational questions.
The service information includes ▲Air travel information (flight routes and schedule inquiries, real-time arrival and departure status, reservation inquiries, etc.) ▲Airport usage information (boarding procedures, baggage regulations, restricted items, assistance for passengers in need, etc.) ▲Air Busan additional services (seats, baggage, in-flight meals, lounges, bundles) ▲In-flight services and duty-free information ▲Recommended travel destinations ▲Various events and partnership services.
With the opening of this 'Chatbot Service,' frequently asked general informational inquiries can be answered immediately without having to call the Air Busan reservation center or leave inquiries on the website, reducing inconvenience and hassle for passengers.
To commemorate the launch of the 'Chatbot Service,' Air Busan is also holding a special event. From 10 a.m. on the 3rd until the 12th, the first 500 people who add the Air Busan chatbot as a friend and enter 'Nice to meet you, Air Busan Chatbot' will receive a 3% discount coupon for round-trip tickets on all international routes via the KakaoTalk channel. The coupon usage period is from July 3 to July 12, and the applicable travel period is from July 3 to October 28. The coupon cannot be applied to special fare tickets.
Additionally, throughout July, Air Busan will hold a prize event for customers who capture the Air Busan chatbot friend addition screen, post it on their Instagram feed, and follow Air Busan’s Instagram account. Winners will be notified individually by Air Busan.
