Reached 10 Million Viewers on the 32nd Day After Release

The movie "The Outlaws 3," starring actor Ma Dong-seok, surpassed 10 million viewers on its 32nd day since release. With this, the "The Outlaws" series has reached a combined total of 20 million viewers.
According to the Korea Film Council's integrated ticketing system at 8 a.m. on the 1st, the film "The Outlaws 3" (directed by Lee Sang-yong) recorded a cumulative audience of 10,007,890.
"The Outlaws 3" surpassed 1 million viewers on its first day, 2 million on the 3rd day, 3 million on the 4th day, 4 million on the 5th day, 5 million on the 6th day, 6 million on the 7th day, 7 million on the 11th day, 8 million on the 14th day, 9 million on the 21st day, and 10 million on the 32nd day.
This is the first Korean film to surpass 10 million viewers since the COVID-19 pandemic, following last year's "The Outlaws 2" (directed by Lee Sang-yong), and also the first to do so this year.
It is the 30th film to reach 10 million viewers since records began and the 21st Korean film to achieve this milestone.
Additionally, it is recorded as the second film to surpass 20 million viewers after "Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds" and "Along with the Gods: The Last 49 Days" (directed by Kim Yong-hwa).
Previously, the first installment of "The Outlaws" (2017) surpassed 6,885,460 viewers, and the second installment (2022) surpassed 12,693,415 viewers. If the third installment surpasses 10,426,039 viewers, it will become the first Korean film to attract a total of 30 million viewers across the series.

Released on May 31, "The Outlaws 3" depicts detective Ma Seok-do (Ma Dong-seok) moving to the Seoul Metropolitan Investigation Unit and launching a crackdown operation to catch Ju Seong-cheol (Lee Joon-hyuk), the mastermind behind a new type of drug crime, and another villain involved in the drug case, Ricky (Aoki Munetaka). The film stars Ma Dong-seok, Lee Joon-hyuk, and Aoki Munetaka.
