View original imageAccording to a report by China's state-run CCTV on the 28th, Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province has applied to host the 2025 Winter Asian Games.
If Harbin succeeds in hosting, China will hold the Winter Asian Games for the third time, following 1996 (Harbin) and 2007 (Changchun).

Meanwhile, South Korea is also promoting the hosting of the 2025 Winter Asian Games. Seven winter sports organizations, including the Ice Skating Federation and the Ski Association, recently sent an official letter to the Korean Sports Council requesting to host the 2025 Winter Asian Games.
