Kyobo Bookstore, Kim Sang-hoon and Ahn Byung-hyun as Co-CEOs
Kyobo Book Centre announced on the 28th that it will change from a single CEO system under Ahn Byung-hyun to a dual CEO system with Kim Sang-hoon and Ahn Byung-hyun as co-CEOs.
Kyobo Book Centre stated that with the integration of Kyobo Book Centre and Kyobo Hottracks on July 1, Kim Sang-hoon, CEO of Kyobo Hottracks, has been appointed as the new co-CEO of Kyobo Book Centre. CEO Kim Sang-hoon will be in charge of offline operations and management support, while CEO Ahn Byung-hyun will oversee e-Biz and strategic planning.

CEO Kim Sang-hoon joined Kyobo Life Insurance and then moved to Kyobo Book Centre in 2012, where he served as head of the e-Business Division and director of marketing support before being appointed CEO of Kyobo Hottracks in 2021.
Similarly, CEO Ahn Byung-hyun joined Kyobo Life Insurance and moved to Kyobo Book Centre in 2012, serving as head of the Digital Business Unit and head of the e-Business Division before being appointed CEO of Kyobo Book Centre in 2021.
