SNT Motive plans to collaborate on a project leveraging its drone propulsion and weapon system technologies and UMAC Air’s drone technology.
The two companies agreed to build a ‘Modular Armed Drone Bot System’ capable of mounting new concept weapons tailored for various missions such as reconnaissance, firearms, and grenade launchers, suitable for future battlefield scenarios.
Additionally, SNT Motive will support the enhancement of the existing ‘Rifle Aiming Drone’ performance, which is managed by UMAC Air, by providing its firearms technology.
An SNT Motive official explained, “Through this exhibition, parts and finished products of small-caliber firearms made with domestic technology are being exported not only to our military but also overseas, raising the competitiveness of ‘K-Defense Industry.’”
