Paris Baguette Launches 'Blueberry Cake' to Support Young Farmers
Sold at over 3,400 stores nationwide... Supporting the Future of Agriculture
'Happiness Win-Win Project' Helping Local Farms in Its 4th Year
SPC's bakery brand Paris Baguette announced on the 28th that, as part of the 'Happiness Coexistence Project,' it will purchase blueberries grown by young farmers in Cheonan, Chungnam, and launch two types of 'Fresh Blueberry Cakes' as seasonal limited editions.
The signature product is the 'Fresh Blueberry Pavlova,' which combines a crispy meringue texture with sweet blueberries. Pavlova is a dessert popular in Australia and New Zealand. Made without flour and using only egg whites, the chewy meringue sheet is layered with lemon custard and blueberry compote to create a unique flavor. The 'Fresh Blueberry Yogurt Cake' is also introduced. This cake features a moist cake sheet topped with yogurt cream and fresh blueberries, making it perfect for enjoying in summer.
A Paris Baguette representative said, "These blueberry cake products will be sold through over 3,400 stores nationwide. We hope this will help young farmers in Cheonan grow," adding, "Through the Happiness Coexistence Project, we will continue various activities that support the future growth of agriculture and enable companies to grow together."
