Introduction to Tap Water Production Process, Year-Round Applications Accepted on Website
The Ulsan City Waterworks Headquarters is operating the '2023 Cheonsang Water Purification Plant Tour Program' to enhance trust in tap water.
Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, this program runs year-round and targets △children in daycare centers, kindergartens, and elementary schools △middle and high school students, and the general public.
Participants in the tour program watch videos about water conservation and purification facilities at the Cheonsang Water Purification Plant and gradually tour the water production and supply process, including purification and water transmission stages.
The tour lasts about one hour with explanations from a Clear Water guide. Applications for the tour can be made through the Waterworks Headquarters website.
A representative of the Cheonsang Water Purification Plant explained, "Visitors can directly observe the ongoing projects aimed at supplying safe, clean, and clear tap water."
