Actor Seol Kyung-gu and Do Kyung-soo star in the film 'The Moon,' which CJ ENM announced on the 26th has been pre-sold to 155 countries overseas.
'The Moon' (directed by Kim Yong-hwa) has been sold to 155 countries including the United States, Canada, Singapore, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Spain, Italy, Taiwan, and Thailand.
An overseas distribution official stated, "As Korean content gains attention in overseas markets, trust and expectations for domestic production quality are high," adding, "Buyers are showing strong interest in the scale and completeness of 'The Moon,' which deals with space and lunar exploration, leading to purchases."

'The Moon' is a film depicting the desperate struggle of astronaut Sun-woo, who is stranded alone on the moon due to an accident, and Jae-guk, the former head of the space center, who tries desperately to save him. The film is directed by Kim Yong-hwa, who became a double ten-million viewer director with 'Along with the Gods' (2018?2021). It will be released on August 2.
