View original imageRSN announced on the 26th that it will provide a service analyzing regional tourism needs to the 'Korea Tourism Data Lab' operated by the Korea Tourism Organization using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
RSN utilizes its self-developed AI-based unstructured language model to classify 317 areas of interest in real-time on social media and identify tourism trends and interests. Through this, the Korea Tourism Organization visualizes data such as tourists' travel types and trends and publishes it on the Korea Tourism Data Lab website.
Based on AI analysis results, it is possible to understand, for example, "which regions travelers who want food prefer" or "what activities travelers visiting our region are highly interested in," which can be referenced in policy decisions related to administrative services and support projects.
Baek Seonghwan, CEO of RSN, said, "We are pleased to contribute to the revitalization of Korea's tourism industry through this supply agreement," and added, "We will continue to develop customer-tailored information provision services by utilizing AI-based unstructured big data analysis technology."
