Jugeonhyeop-HUG Hold Ceremony for Support of Housing Repairs and Rental Funds for National Veterans' Elderly Homes
The Korea Housing Builders Association and the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) announced on the 23rd that they will hold the "2023 Commemoration Ceremony for Repairing Old Houses and Supporting Rental Funds for National Merit Recipients" on the 29th at the Federation of Korean Industries Building in Yeouido, Seoul.

At the event, government awards including the National Medal, Presidential Citation, and Prime Minister's Citation, as well as the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Citation, Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Citation, and plaques of appreciation will be presented to housing construction companies that repaired 127 old houses of national merit recipients free of charge.

HUG plans to provide a total of 500 million KRW in housing rental funds, ranging from 4 to 5 million KRW per household, to 97 homeless national merit recipient households on the day.
